We all know and love Spare Change Guy...in fact I'm pretty sure he's now become a historical landmark on Beacon Hill. Whether you've given him some change, maybe smoked a butt with him or hit him with your car we can all say the man just smells delicious.Back in my time with FOX25 we did a handful of segments where he was clearly the star until Big Brother stepped in and said "No Mas!"
